If you chose to download your own zip file of your Blackboard course, you will now need to import the zip file into your newly created Canvas course. Here's the step by step instructions on how to do this.SOLS Template in Canvas
We get asked often if we have a template to use in a Canvas course, in case you want to start from scratch with Canvas or simply are looking for best practices on how to structure your course online. We've created a SOLS Template, which is a mix of the ASU Online and College of Liberal Arts & Sciences templates. The template includes the following:- Outline of a syllabus with essential ASU and SOLS resources and policies
- 15 modules created
- Each module with one of the following: overview page, learning materials page, assignment, quiz, and discussion board
- Each module has a science related banner image
- All of the above can be edited for your topics, deleted, or re-organized if needed.
